At Island Fly, our hosts, come ready to share their extensive fly fishing expertise to provide our guests with the trip of a lifetime. We understand the challenges and highlights of the destination and play a pivotal role in ensuring your fishing adventure is extraordinary. Our hosts provide invaluable insights into the fishery, offer guidance on fish behavior, gear, tactics, and enhance your overall experience.

An Island Fly Host is your dedicated ‘point person’ to assist with any requests or challenges during your travel to or at the destination. Whether it is managing accommodations, ensuring each guest has the appropriate gear, assisting with rigging rods, reels, and equipment or making sure that each angler is properly prepared for the day ahead, our hosts are committed to providing a seamless and enriching fishing adventure for all of our guests.

What sets our hosted trips apart is not only our preparedness and passion for adventure angling but also the extensive medical support provided on every trip. Jason Moore, PA, PhD has two decades of clinical experience in emergency medical care, ensuring our guests enjoy the highest level of personalized, top-tiered safety and medical support on each adventure.

Island Fly places a strong emphasis on curating experiences that seamlessly blend the excitement of adventure angling with hallmark moments of cultural discovery. The mission of Island Fly is to deliver extraordinary journeys for our guests, blending angling adventures with authentic connections to local communities, creating a deep connection to the places we visit.
